- 24 hours notice of cancellation is required.
- Cancellations within four hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- A ‘no show’ for your appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- A $50 deposit per hour is required to secure an appointment for all new clients, redeemable on service.
- Long appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
- Glamazon reserves the right to cancel ‘non-confirmed’ appointments.
- Please show respect to other clients and to keep our stylists on time by arriving on time.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- If for any reason you are not happy with the service we have provided – if you return within 48 hours of your initial appointment, the same hairdresser in liaison with our Salon Director, will correct, tweak or adjust the work that has been done in line with the client’s first consultation, at their original appointment. No refunds are given.
- All prices include GST.
- Reduced rates for children (13 and under) Tuesday-Friday. Saturdays and public holidays full price.
We love to promote our talent and business through social media, and often use photos of clients. However, we will seek your approval before taking or posting any images that include you.
Your personal information is never discussed with other clients or among staff.
Any information submitted via a form on our website, including phone numbers, email addresses and document attachments (eg. resumes) will be kept confidential and not shared with any third party.
